Four services, arranged end to end or one at a time: ocean freight, customs clearance and documents, trucking, and inland transport.
Uni-Link International Supply Chain (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. arranges four services for exporters shipping from South China: FCL and LCL ocean freight, export customs clearance and documentation, factory pickup and terminal trucking, and inland transport including the rail–sea corridor through the Beibu Gulf. Each one can be booked on its own, or as a single file with one contact from inquiry to arrival.
What we arrange
Container bookings and consolidated cargo from Yantian, Shekou, Nansha and Huangpu, with the origin charges shown separately in the quotation.
Sea freight →Export declaration, HS classification, certificate of origin where the destination needs one, and the bill of lading instructions.
Customs & documents →Factory pickup, delivery to the terminal, and the rail leg to Qinzhou for cargo moving through the southwest.
Trucking & inland →Cargo from the inland provinces to Qinzhou and then to sea, quoted case by case after checking rail space and barge availability.
Inland transport →| Input | Example | Why it decides the price |
|---|---|---|
| Origin port | Yantian, Shekou, Nansha, Huangpu | Terminal handling and trucking differ from terminal to terminal |
| Destination port | Jebel Ali | Ocean freight and destination charges are port-specific |
| Container type or volume | 1 × 40HQ, or 12 cbm | Decides whether FCL or LCL is the better routing |
| Cargo name | Office chairs, machinery parts | Sets the HS code, the packing and whether a licence is needed |
| Cargo ready date | 14 October | Decides which sailing can still be caught |
| Work | How it is handled |
|---|---|
| Quotation, booking, documentation, one point of contact | Handled by Uni-Link |
| Customs broker and trucking at the origin port | Arranged by Uni-Link; the operator can be named on request |
| Rail leg to Qinzhou and the Beibu Gulf routing | Arranged case by case after checking rail space and barge availability |
| Destination terminal handling, import clearance and delivery | Not included by default — named as excluded and quoted on request together with a partner agent |
Yes. Each service can be booked on its own. If you already have a forwarder for the ocean leg, we can take the export declaration, the certificate of origin and the trucking, and hand the container back to your booking.
Yes, on request. Where the destination agent is nominated by you, we prepare the origin documents to their instructions and confirm the document set in writing before the container sails.
Destination terminal handling, import clearance at destination, delivery beyond the destination port, demurrage and detention, and any inspection that the authorities order. Each is named in writing on the quotation rather than left to be discovered later.
For a routine export from South China the documents can be ready in two to three working days. The binding constraint is usually the cargo ready date and the carrier's cut-off, which is why we ask for the ready date in the first message.
Origin, destination, cargo and ready date are enough to start. No account, no minimum quantity.
