Uni-Link prepares a written quotation within one business day of a request. The quotation shows the ocean freight, the origin charges, the exclusions, and the period for which the rate is valid; requests that need a rate we do not hold are answered with the date the answer will come.

We use your details only to prepare this quotation and to answer you. We do not share them with third parties other than the carriers and service providers needed to price or move the shipment.

What to include in your first message

Origin port, destination port, container type or volume and weight, cargo name, and the date the cargo will be ready. With those five items we can price the shipment without a second round of questions.

Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+8). Messages that arrive outside those hours are answered the next business day.

Before you send

What if I do not know the container size yet?

Send the volume or the number of pallets instead. We will say which container type fits and whether LCL is the cheaper option at that volume.

Can I send drawings, a packing list or photos?

Yes — reply to our first email with the attachments. They stay with the file and are not passed to anyone outside the shipment.
